Disclaimer

Last updated: [Insert publish date]

The information on this website, solarpanelcleaningsanclemente.com, is provided by Clearwave Solar Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, this Disclaimer explains the limits of that information.

General Information, Not a Guarantee

Content on this Site, including statements about soiling patterns, production loss percentages, cleaning frequency recommendations, and seasonal timing, is based on general observation and publicly available information about solar systems and San Clemente’s climate. It is intended as general guidance, not a guarantee of results for any specific property. Actual soiling, production impact, and appropriate cleaning frequency vary by system, roof type, location, and exposure, and only an in-person assessment of your specific system can determine what applies to you.

Not Professional Engineering or Electrical Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional electrical, engineering, roofing, or solar installation advice. We are a solar panel cleaning service, not a licensed electrician, engineer, or installer. Any concerns about your solar system’s electrical components, structural mounting, or installation should be directed to a qualified, licensed professional in that specific field.

Production and Savings Estimates

Any figures referenced on this Site regarding energy production loss from soiling (such as ranges for salt film, dust, or bird droppings) are general estimates drawn from typical industry patterns, not a prediction or promise for your specific system. Your actual energy production depends on many factors outside of panel cleanliness, including system age, inverter condition, shading, and weather.

Weather and Scheduling

Appointments may be adjusted due to weather conditions that make cleaning unsafe or ineffective. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any schedule changes, but we cannot guarantee a specific appointment will proceed exactly as originally booked if conditions on the day are unsafe.
